In 2019 the private prosecution case of Ball V Johhnson achieved a court ruling that Boris Johnson must face a jury trial in response to allegations that he had committed misconduct in public office(by way of lying). This was a major win in our fight against lying in politcs and a huge legal first, causing global headlines.
However, shortly afterward two senior judges shut down the whole case after having had the papers for less than 24 hours. This film exposes the serious judicial misconduct behind their decision for the first time.
